So if you are the admin of this page you would have the ability to add and subtract features here. As well as add and remove members of the cell. So for the covid 19 virus you would add the features that are necessary for the crisis. The feature that I can think of is the feature that would allow access to the grocery store everyday while only being engaged in social actions one day of the week. For this to work, your cell would need 7 members with cars with each being assigned a day of the week. However at the time of a different crisis features would be made available that are customized for the crisis by the developers. Like a feature to handle the money of the group during their grocery trips. There would have to be a kitty that everyone puts money in that can be spent each day and the kitty would have to be replenished. Also a map feature that provides the quickest route to drop off the groceries, ring the doorbell and run.
Also there would obviously be a chat room for the group and each persons role would be made available. Basically all the features needed to coordinate would be up at all times and after each crisis. As time passses more crisis will happen and eventually there will be many features added to this project making what cells can do more robust as time passes. Back to master page
