Welcome to the first page after you login. Here you can join a cell or create one. You can also find people in need of joining a cell or adopt someone that the cell will try to care for during the crisis.
Section 1 : This is your profile were it lists your skills and creates a profile for what you can and can't do and what resources that you have available as well as your location so you can find other people based on location.

A link to a page that is created to manage your cell and interactions this page will be defined and controlled by the cell leader. I will create one for this crisis but features that can be added and removed would be made available as they are customized for every crisis
